Just thought I would drop a post to the forum about the experience I have had with the repair service here in the UK from nokta,
Basically my nokta pin pointer got the hiccups and went very quiet on me so I emailed nokta in Turkey to see about sending it in for repair under warranty, 3 months old.
Any way I had a swift reply from Dilek Gonulay asking for some more info and if I wanted I could send it too Crawford's MD who are now handling repairs and are main supplier for nokta in the UK.
I contacted Crawford's and I sent them the pointer on the Friday, I received it back today Wednesday, impressive.
There were no further questions or queries they simply repaired it placed a receipt of the work done and sent it back.
So 5 days 2 of which were postage days and 1 of which was a Sunday.
Very happy customer.
