When I turned my Racer on at the beach this morning it when into immediate overload with "saturation" appearing at the bottom of the screen. I tried turning the machine on and off multiple times; I tried re-seating the batteries; I tried disconnecting and then reconnecting the cable. The pulsating sound would stop when I lifted the coil more than 6 inches off the ground but would resume again when the coil was lowered. It didn't matter where I went on the beach.
This went on for about 10 minutes until I put it into Beach mode. Once I did this and then moved it back into the other modes the machine behaved properly again. This is the second time this has happened to me. I don't remember how I got it to stop the first time.
